1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account you enter into this license agreement (the "Agreement") with Marvify ("we", "us"). If you do not accept the Agreement, you cannot register an account or use the service.
2. License Grant
Marvify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the FOTO-3D platform (the "Service") for your organisation's internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement and to the scope agreed with your organisation.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to manage orders, photography datasets, processing jobs and published 3D assets belonging to the customer account your user is linked to. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Restrictions
You may not: (a) share your account with others; (b) attempt to access data belonging to other customers; (c) reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service or any part of it; (d) use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content; or (e) circumvent technical or security measures.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design and documentation, remains the property of Marvify and its licensors. Content you upload remains yours or your organisation's; you grant Marvify the rights needed to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Data and Privacy
Marvify processes personal data (such as your name and email address) to provide and secure the Service. Processing follows applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
7. Availability and Changes
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update this Agreement; material changes will be announced through the Service.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Marvify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. Your organisation's administrator may also disable your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
